By using our online booking system, you agree to the knowledge and acceptance of terms and conditions for online booking at Canwillbebetter™
Canwillbebetter™ reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The user is responsible for reviewing these terms before booking online takes place. Continued use of this site assumes that the user has accepted our terms and conditions.
A valid mobile number and e-mail address are required to secure your order
If you choose to pay online for your order, a valid credit / debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard) must be used in the final phase of the online booking. It is also possible to pay with your card at the clinic.
IMPORTANT! Payment authorization is carried out by an external process and canwillbebetter.com is not responsible for the use of credit / debit cards that are not valid or for their abuse. In case your online payment was not confirmed, you should contact the bank of the credit / debit card. Online payment is provided by STRIPE
The reservation must be made at least 12 hours before the apointment, but not more than 60 days before.
Users must confirm that he or she is at least 18 years old and has the legal right, capacity and ability to enter into an agreement with Canwillbebetter™ to which these terms apply and to use this site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The user agrees to be financially responsible for all use of this site. The user can not allow other people to make bookings, orders in his / her name or account. Canwillbebetter™ can not be held liable for errors resulting from an end user’s incorrect entry or typing error that may lead to incorrect reservations including errors that may occur due to incorrect use of the “forward” and “back” function of the browser.
48 hour cancellation policy: we operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the appointment; otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the session.
To cancel your appointment 48 hours or more prior to the appointment, these are your options:
- Click the “cancel appointment link” in the “booking confirmation mail” you get when booking.
- Chat with us. If offline, leave a message.
- Send email.
To rebook your appointment 48 hours or more prior to the appointment, these are your options:
- Call us
- Click the “cancel appointment link” in the “booking confirmation mail” you get when booking & then simply rebook the appointment at your preferred time.

If you change your mind about your appointment wich you have paid for online, we will refund you the full amount if cancelled 48 hours in advance of the appointment.
Refunds for transactions made using a debit card may take 7-10 days (including weekends and bank holidays). We’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
If you’ve any problems with a refund please don’t hesitate to contact us or speak with our customer service. Direct contact with your card provider may also help you find out the status of your refund.
